I was born on September 27, 1983, in Kilis, a small southern city of Turkey, as a typical Libra man. After completing my primary, secondary, and high school education, I started my medical journey—which I had decided on during elementary school—in 2001 at Manisa Celal Bayar University. After spending two years there, I transferred to Çukurova University, which would later shape my life.
I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine with honors and started my mandatory service at Kilis State Hospital Emergency Department to face the realities of life. During this time, I passed the medical specialization exam and began my residency at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, where I learned everything about ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat). With the experience of treating a high volume of patients and the support of my expert mentors, I successfully performed all types of ENT surgeries and obtained my specialization diploma in 2013.
I have published dozens of articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals and delivered speeches at various congresses worldwide. During my specialization training, I had the opportunity to work in Graz, Austria, with Prof. Dr. Gerhard Friedrich and PD Dr. Markus Gugatschka, who are among the leading experts in their field. At this clinic, I focused particularly on voice disorders and rhinoplasty, participating in numerous surgeries.
I completed my mandatory service at Van/Erciş State Hospital, where I had the chance to perform hundreds of rhinoplasty surgeries using various techniques. This experience allowed me to start developing my own surgical technique in rhinoplasty.
Between 2014 and 2017, I worked as an ENT specialist at Private Sur Hospital. During this three-year period, I operated on over 1,000 patients. The introduction of the piezo—an ultrasonic bone cutter—into my practice marked a turning point, and rhinoplasty became my primary focus.
Since June 2017, I have been serving my patients in my own private clinic, specializing in Rhinoplasty, Pediatric ENT, and Facial Aesthetic Procedures.
I have a happy marriage with my beloved wife Hülya, who is also the general coordinator of our clinic. We are proud parents of two sons, Oğuz Kerem and Can.
