Istanbul, October 11, (DHA)- Emphasizing that patients who want to have nose surgery should also consider the recovery period after the surgery, Ear Nose Throat and Head, Neck Surgery Specialist Op. Dr. Yusuf Orhan Uçal made recommendations for patients to get through this period more easily.

Stating that 1 year is necessary for complete recovery after rhinoplasty surgery, Op. Dr. Uçal said, “Patients who rest at home during the early recovery process may feel lonely. Dr. Uçal noted that despite this, swelling and bruising that may prevent going out can be experienced, saying, “In cases where you need to stay in bed for a long time, books will take the patient to other universes and thus the person will stop being preoccupied with themselves.”
